5.1 Deposit

6.1 Welcome Bonus

For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳12,000 earns a maximum ৳5,000 bonus, giving a total of ৳17,000.

Wagering example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn. Note that wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each offer can be claimed only once per user.
• Bonus funds can be used to play all games without restriction, though specific offers may have game limitations.
• Once a bonus has been claimed, it cannot be returned.
• It may not be possible to use multiple bonuses at the same time — please check the terms of each offer.
• If bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

6.3 VIP Program

crkix maintains four VIP tiers for regular players: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.4%), Silver (up to 0.8%), Gold (up to 1.1%), and Platinum (up to 1.5%). Consistent active gaming activity must be maintained to move up to a higher VIP tier. The benefits and terms of each tier apply separately.

All games on the crkix platform operate on a fair play basis. Game outcomes are determined impartially using a Random Number Generator (RNG).

7.1 Gaming Responsibilities

• Users must be alert and in good health while playing games.
• If a technical issue occurs (such as an internet disconnection), the game will be completed in its current state and the result will be considered final.

7.2 Betting Rules

For sports betting, particularly cricket betting, market-related decisions are at the discretion of crkix. If there is a dispute over the outcome of a specific event, it will be settled according to the official announcement.
